Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Identify and develop new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
Ensure product availability in retail outlets, supermarkets, and distributor warehouses.
Expand the customer base by onboarding new distributors, retailers, and business clients.
Open new sales territories and penetrate underserved markets.
Conduct regular store visits to assess opportunities and improve sales performance.
Execute promotional activities such as product sampling, discount campaigns, and brand activations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
Address customer complaints, resolve issues promptly, and provide after-sales support.
Ensure proper product placement and display in stores by coordinating with merchandisers.
Monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends, and provide strategic insights.
Track promotions, evaluate effectiveness, and recommend strategies for business growth.
Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, market feedback, and performance analysis.
Monitor stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, and manage inventory effectively.
Manage a designated sales territory efficiently, optimizing coverage and resources.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, invoices, and client communications.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
4–6 years of proven sales experience, with at least 3 years in the FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of sales techniques, pipeline management, and market penetration strategies.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic sales mindset.
