Lab Scientist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Laboratory Scientist to conduct scientific tests, experiments, and analyses in a laboratory setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling laboratory equipment, following safety protocols, and ensuring the accuracy of test results.

Key Responsibilities:
-Perform laboratory tests, experiments, and analyses to support research or clinical diagnoses.
-Prepare, handle, and analyze samples, including biological, chemical, or physical substances.
-Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and troubleshooting as needed.
-Record and interpret test results accurately, maintaining detailed documentation.
-Follow laboratory safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
-Collaborate with researchers, medical professionals, or other scientists to support ongoing projects.
-Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality control measures.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
Experience:
Prior laboratory experience is preferred, especially in clinical, research, or industrial settings.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in laboratory techniques, such as microscopy, PCR, chromatography, spectroscopy, or microbiological analysis.
Attention to Detail:
Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy in data collection and analysis.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a laboratory environment.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and collaborating with team members.
