Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals in the Horeca sector.
• Manage and grow relationships with key clients in the Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes industry.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed targets.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in HORECA sales.
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills: confident, articulate, and energetic.
• Professional appearance and a personable demeanor.
