Production Worker

Production workers/manual workers work as part of an assembly line at a factory or manufacturing facility. They help assemble create and test the parts or finished products they create to ensure they meet specifications, quality and safety standards.

In addition, Production workers are engaged in fabrication, assembly and related activities, material handling, warehousing and shipping, maintenance and repair.

Their Major Duties Include:

•Complete quality assurance testing on goods and products.

•Handling and transporting materials (e.g. cement)

•Monitor the efficiency of the production line to ensure timely load and shipment.

•Assemble and prepare goods for shipment.

•Maintain proper storage for material and product inventory in warehouses.

•Positive attitude and team work.

•Thinking skills and self-management (problem solving and decision making)

• Ability to program manufacturing specific machines and devices.

Skills and Qualifications:

Candidates must possess minimum SSCE, Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skill, Interpersonal Communication, Ability to follow instructions and work independently, Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a solid team environment, Ability to establish effective working relationships with employees and supervisors.
