Supermarket manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Supermarket Manager to lead our store team in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including customer service, sales, inventory management, and employee supervision.
2. Sales and Profitability: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase profitability, and achieve business objectives.
3. Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met, including resolving customer complaints and concerns.
4. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
5. Employee Management: Supervise, train, and develop store employees, including performance management and coaching.
6. Loss Prevention: Implement and maintain loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and protect company assets.
7. Health and Safety: Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, including compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
8. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage store budget, including labor costs, inventory, and expenses.
9. Visual Merchandising: Ensure store appearance and visual merchandising standards are met.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a supermarket or grocery store environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving profitability, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
