Job Description
Industry- Interior Design Services
Salary- 300,000-400,000 monthly
Location- Lekki
Responsibility
•Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
•Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
•Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
•Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
•Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
•Help prepare budgets
•Analyze risks and opportunities
•Oversee project procurement management
•Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
•Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
•Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
•Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in any related field.
•4+ years of project management experience from conception to delivery.
•PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
•Design and control the project schedule.
•Prepare presentations for senior management and showcase project value.
•Organize and attend stakeholder meetings.
•Share relevant documentation and reports with project teams.
•Develop an in-depth understanding of project scope, timeframes, financials, and
outcomes.
•Collaborate with senior and regional project managers for effective project
execution.
•Manage project files and records for easy access.
•Assist in scheduling project-related activities, including site visits and inspections.
