Reports to: Project Manager, Engineering Manager, or Department Head

Job Summary:

Design, develop, and supervise the construction of infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Civil Engineers play a crucial role in creating and maintaining the built environment, including roads, bridges, buildings, and water treatment systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development: Design and develop infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, buildings, and water treatment systems.
2. Project Planning: Plan and coordinate projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
3. Site Supervision: Supervise construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
4. Quality Control: Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
5. Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
6. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during construction.
7. Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in civil engineering, depending on the role and industry.
3. Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficient in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, and other engineering tools.
