Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated Field Staff to represent our company across all 36 states of Nigeria. The selected candidates will be responsible for enhancing the company’s presence, fostering partnerships with key institutions, and implementing strategic initiatives. This role is contractual for three (3) months, with a possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the official representative of the company within the assigned state or region.
• Promote the company’s values, mission, and initiatives in educational institutions, government bodies, and local organizations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions,
• Work towards establishing and maintaining a strong presence in institutions and organizations within the assigned location.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to enhance the company’s reach.
• Monitor trends and provide insights on local educational and institutional needs.
• Provide training and support to students, staff, and other relevant parties within institutions.
• Ensure proper implementation of company programs by guiding and assisting beneficiaries.
• Organize awareness sessions, presentations, and workshops as needed.
• Submit regular reports on activities, achievements, and challenges encountered in the field.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Communicate any logistical or operational challenges to the management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Must be computer-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must own and be able to work with a functional laptop.
• Strong understanding of the terrain of the assigned location and ability to navigate effectively.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned state or region.
