Job Description
We are looking for Online sales representative to communicate with potential customers through different means (WhatsApp, call, telegram, e.t.c), convincing them to register, deposit, and use our platform. Your goal is to engage, persuade, and convert leads into active users through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
Engage potential customers via WhatsApp, calls, and social media chats.
Explain the benefits of our platform and guide users through registration & deposit.
Answer customer inquiries, clear doubts, and handle objections professionally.
Track and follow up with leads to ensure successful conversion.
Maintain a friendly, professional, and persuasive tone at all times.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly conversion targets.
Ideal Candidate
Excellent communication skills (Written & Spoken English + Pidgin is a plus).
Persuasive and sales-driven mindset with confidence in handling objections.
Experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing is a plus.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Familiarity with WhatsApp, Telegram, and social media chats for business.
Interest in sports betting, casino, or fintech is an advantage.
