Job Description
2.Must lead and drive the team of sales advisors to achieve sales goals, expand market and drive business growth.
3 Must possess strong leadership skills and strategies to drive business growth which is the ability to lead, motivate and coach a team to meet or
exceed sales budget.
4. Must possess good sales performance management which is the ability to monitor and analyze the KPI of sales team.
5. Must posses good customer relationship and business relationship Skill.
Experience in the insurance industry is an added advan.Recruit , train and retain sales Executive that would work for the organization.
