Job Description

Key Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls promptly with a warm and professional
tone.
• Respond to general inquiries and direct specific concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Greet and assist clients, visitors, and prospective guests in a friendly and professional
manner.
• Notify relevant staff of visitor arrivals and ensure smooth interactions.
• Keep the reception area tidy and organized, replenishing marketing materials and
ensuring a professional appearance.
• Assist with document management and maintain an organized filing system.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
• Coordinate and oversee other clerical staff, ensuring efficient workflow and task
completion.

Requirements
• Degree in Busines/Arts/Social Science discipline and must have completed NYSC
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate
setting.
• Strong knowledge of document control and management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and mature
demeanor.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.
• Smart, proactive, and with a good sense of fashion.
Salary:
₦180,000.00 Monthly
