Job Description
Develop, test, and maintain backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas and queries.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and work with third-party services.
Implement authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth).
Write efficient, clean, and maintainable code following best practices.
Debug and fix backend-related issues.
Work with cloud platforms and deployment tools (Docker, AWS, or similar).
Collaborate with front-end developers, UI/UX designers, and other team members.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements
Basic to intermediate experience with Node.js and Express.js.
Understanding of PostgreSQL, relational databases, and SQL queries.
Familiarity with ORMs like Sequelize or Prisma is a plus.
Knowledge of API design and development using REST.
Basic understanding of authentication (JWT, OAuth).
Version control experience using Git/GitHub.
Ability to write clean, well-documented code.
Problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
(Bonus) Experience with Docker, AWS, or CI/CD pipelines.
