Compensation & Structure:
• Salary: Up to ₦70,000 per month (based on performance and growth)
• Probation Period: 3 months
What You’ll Do:
• Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Create engaging content, including eye-catching graphics, videos, and compelling captions
• Monitor trends and analytics to improve engagement and reach
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain followers
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms
What We’re Looking For:
• Hands-on experience in managing social media pages and increasing engagement
• Strong content creation skills (graphics, video editing, and copywriting)
• Understanding of social media trends, analytics, and growth strategies
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver results
• Experience in Real Estate Marketing
How Your Performance Will Be Evaluated:
During the two-month probation period, we’ll assess your impact based on:
• Growth in followers and engagement
• Quality and consistency of content
• Overall improvement in our social media presence
If you meet expectations, you’ll transition into a full-time role with a ₦70,000 monthly salary. High-performing candidates may also receive bonuses and long-term opportunities.
