Job Description
We are seeking a detailed-oriented Finance Operation Officer to assist in our company’s financial planning, financing, and budget management functions. The Finance Associate’s responsibilities include tracking and managing the company’s financial status, compiling and analyzing financial data, and preparing necessary reports.
Our ideal candidate is familiar with financial management principles and possesses strong analytical skills to guide informed business decisions.
Responsibilities
• Take ownership of Financial Audits.
• Manage agency payments.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any financial discrepancies.
• Prepare regular financial reports and statements.
• Handle tax filing and optimize tax planning strategies.
• Perform weekly payment and receipt confirmations.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 3 year of relevant work experience in financial operations or a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
