Job Description:
As a Front Desk Officer at Right Care Hospital, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional environment, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk, and assisting with administrative tasks to support the hospital's day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet patients and visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and providing assistance as needed.
• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in patient check-in/check-out procedures and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
• Manage patient inquiries and provide relevant information regarding services, policies, and procedures.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Collaborate with other hospital staff to ensure smooth operations and effective patient care delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. A degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and professional demeanor.
