Job Description

**Location:** Ikeja, Lagos

**Working Hours:** 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Fashion Production Manager to join our team and help us maintain our reputation for excellence.

**Job Description:**
As a Fashion Production Manager at House of Sota, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the production process from start to finish. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that our clothing lines are manufactured efficiently, meet quality standards, and are delivered on time. Your responsibilities will include:

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Production Planning:** Develop production schedules, allocate resources, and set production targets to meet customer demand while minimizing costs.
2. **Quality Control:** Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all products meet our high standards.
3. **Vendor Management:** Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers, negotiate contracts, and monitor their performance to ensure timely and cost-effective production.
4. **Inventory Management:** Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet demand and reduce wastage.
5. **Team Leadership:** Supervise and motivate production teams, including tailors, seamstresses, and other staff, to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
6. **Cost Management:** Monitor production costs and identify opportunities to reduce expenses without compromising quality.
7. **Illustration:**Sketch out illustrations and designs of fashion wears to be produced
**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in the fashion industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of production processes, textiles, and garment construction.
- Familiarity with production software and tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Commitment to quality and attention to detail.
