Job Title: Chartered Accountant
Location: Lagos

Salary: 250,000 – 300,000
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in accounting and finance, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance. As a Chartered Accountant, you will oversee financial audits, provide strategic financial advice, and ensure the integrity of our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Auditing: Conduct internal and external audits to assess financial operations and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
• Taxation: Manage tax planning and compliance, including the preparation and filing of corporate tax returns, and provide advice on tax strategies.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and oversee budgets, financial forecasts, and financial strategies to support organizational objectives.
• Risk Management: Identify and evaluate financial risks, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all financial practices comply with statutory regulations and legislation.
• Advisory Services: Provide strategic financial advice to management on business operations, opportunities, and financial planning.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Must be a certified Chartered Accountant (CA) with membership in [relevant professional body, e.g., Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN)].
• Minimum of four (4) years of post-qualification experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• In-depth understanding of financial reporting standards, and auditing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
Salary:
₦250,000.00 Monthly
