service providers to ensure that the
organization's technology needs are met.
(4) Maintaining a strong understanding of

working closely with other departments to
ensure that IT is aligned with those needs.
(5) Ensuring that the organization's IT
policies and procedures are up to date and
compliant with industry standards and
company regulations.
(6) Managing the IT budget and ensuring
that expenses are in line with the
organization's financial goals.
(7) Keeping up to date with the latest
industry trends and developments in IT
operations management.
(8) BSc/BA in Computer Science, IT
or relevant field.
(9) Proven experience as IT
Operations Manager.
(10) Experience with system
installation, configuration and
analysis.
(11) Thorough knowledge of networks
and cloud computing.
(12) Strong leadership skills to
effectively manage a team of IT
professionals and drive performance.
(13) Excellent communication skillsto
effectively interact with team
members, senior management, and
other stakeholders.
(14) Technical proficiency and
knowledge of IT infrastructure,
networks, and systems to effectively
manage and troubleshoot issues
