We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Treasury and Accounts Payable Officer

Location: Yaba, Lagos

JOB OVERVIEW

The Treasury and Accounts Payable Officer will play a key role in managing cash flow and overseeing accounts payable functions within the finance team. This position is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments, while also maintaining the organization’s liquidity by managing cash flow and financial transactions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor and manage the organization's cash position on a daily basis.

Manage bank accounts, including reconciliations, transfers, and reporting.

Process and review all incoming invoices and ensure timely payment in accordance with company policies.

Maintain an organized filing system for invoices and supporting documentation.

Verify invoice accuracy and resolve any discrepancies with vendors or internal departments.

Ensure payments are made on time to avoid late fees or supply disruptions.

Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and reports.

Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies regarding treasury and accounts payable functions.
Collaborate with other members of the finance team to support day to day operations and special projects as needed.
Stay up to date with changes in financial regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS
Bsc in accounting or other finance related disciplines
3-4 years of experience.
Good Communications, Analytical skills, Critical thinking, Have good administrative and organization skills, the use of Microsoft office and other accounting softwares.

Salary
N350,000 Monthly (Gross).
