Job Description

Branch Manager Responsibilities: REF 001
1. We are looking for a resourceful Branch Manager to assign and direct all the work performed in the branch and to drive sales and generate revenue growth.
2. Identify operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement
3. You will manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper sales operation.
4. Create and maintain a weekly report on operations and sales at the branch
5. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.

Note: Applicant must poses minimum of 2 years working experience as an insurance Agency Branch Manager or minimum of 4 years as an Agency Unit Manager

Productivity Manager Responsibilities POM 002
1. Plan and execute detailed weekly sales drive and reporting.
2. Ensure adequate client management
3. Handles recruitment of sales executives
4. Facilitate timely, consistent and proactive support for the provision and prompt delivery of quality sales service
5. Team management.

Note: Applicant must poses minimum of 2 years working experience as an insurance Agency unit Manager or minimum of 4 years as a Financial Risk Adviser.
