ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a smart and resourceful individual who will join our team of professionals to enhance our franchise operations in order to further develop and expand the franchise business of the company. The role requires someone who is a good team player, can generate leads, a good researcher, well-spoken with excellent customer service skills and a great personality.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma.
• Relevant professional qualification or certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in Digital Marketing is mandatory.
• Experience in Business Development, or a similar role is an added advantage

Skills Required:
• Excellent video shooting and video editing skills for marketing campaigns.
• Experience in Digital Marketing and with visual communication principles.
• Ability to implement & measure Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing.
• Great networking and corporate marketing skills.
• Skilled in content creation, social media marketing and other marketing channels.
• Excellent creative, analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong Interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Solid knowledge of market research techniques.
• Ability to identify business opportunities to drive growth and profitability.

Job Description:
• Develop, execute and analyze online and offline marketing campaigns and events in alignment with business goals.
• Creation of digital content and creatively handle various online marketing tools (e.g. website, blogs, press releases, podcasts etc.).
• Manage our social media account and drive traffic.
• Enhance the company’s online presence to boost brand awareness.
• Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability.
• Collaborate with the media team as well as other teams to coordinate our marketing, advertising, brand awareness and promotional activities.
• Develop and generate new corporate clients and channel of business in franchising, bulk purchases etc.
• Develop strategic partnerships and networks in line with management objectives and targets.
• Generating revenue as periodically communicated by management, that will increase sales and profitability.
• Acquire new clients (Attract prospects, Build Engagement, and Convert Opportunities/ Leads to Clients).
• Carry out other marketing activities required to boost sales.
