Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team at Stretford Hill Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys, preparing maps and reports, and ensuring accuracy in measurements for construction projects. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure that all projects are executed according to design specifications and legal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using advanced surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS, etc.).
Interpret and analyze survey data to create detailed maps, site plans, and reports.
Establish and mark land boundaries based on legal property descriptions.
Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure site compliance.
Prepare technical reports and present findings to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety standards, and legal property guidelines.
Maintain and operate surveying instruments and equipment.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in land surveying.
Proficiency in surveying software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, etc.).
Strong knowledge of GPS, Total Station, and other modern surveying equipment.
Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, maps, and legal documents.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Salary:
₦350,000.00 Monthly
