ICT System Administrator

Responsible for Designing and maintenance of company website
Must be experienced in Internet Marketing / Online advertising
Must be familiar with usage of social media platforms – Facebook , Twitter, LinkedIn and Blogs
Experience in Helpdesk issues, Networking, software installation and system repairs is also a must have.
Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, including operating systems, servers, and network equipment. 
Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, provide technical support to users, and address system outages. 
Security: Implement and maintain security measures, including access controls, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems. 
Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize system resources. 
User Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights. 
Backup and Recovery: Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures. 
Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and policies. 
Training: Develop and deliver training materials for employees on new technologies and IT policies. 
Stay Current: Keep up with the latest technologies and trends in the IT industry.
