Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the building profession, with expertise in quantity surveying and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes. This role requires excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects, ensuring timely completion and cost efficiency.

Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Monitor project progress, address potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Prepare and review project reports, cost estimates, and procurement plans.

Supervise and guide teams to enhance productivity and project efficiency.

Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining clear communication and providing regular project updates.

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in the building profession, with a strong focus on project management.

Proficiency in quantity surveying and a solid understanding of construction principles.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
