Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Process orders, track deliveries, and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Address customer complaints and provide effective solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service efficiency and customer experience.
- Stay updated on company policies, diesel pricing, and industry trends.
Requirements:
✔ Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
✔ Previous experience in customer service or order processing is a plus.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
✔ Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Proficiency with digital tools.
✔ Minimum of a HND (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
✔ 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
