Job Description

Petik Limited and Circle point Homes is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, driving team performance, and ensuring that all aspects of the sales process are efficiently executed. This role requires a passionate leader with strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of sales strategies.

As a Sales Manager, you will be expected to:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Meeting Financial Targets:
- Meet or exceed sales goals and financial targets set by the company.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and profitability.

2. Team Building & Motivation:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
- Provide guidance and support to team members in their sales activities.
- Ensure team alignment with company goals, motivating them to meet or exceed targets.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented team culture.

3. Catering to Inspections:
- Attend and manage client inspections as required.
- Ensure that all inspections are conducted professionally and efficiently.
- Address client concerns or queries during inspections to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

4. Training & Development:
- Train, develop, and coach sales team members on effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
- Monitor team progress and performance, providing feedback and constructive advice.
- Organize regular training sessions to keep the team updated on industry trends, product features, and sales strategies.

- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and sales software.
- Ability to travel and attend client inspections as needed.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
