Job Description

Job Summary:
The Translator will be responsible for providing accurate oral and written translations to support land negotiation processes. This role involves translating official documents, facilitating communication, and ensuring clarity in multilingual interactions. Additionally, the Translator will assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, meeting coordination, document management, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong language proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide accurate oral and written translations between Chinese and other required languages.
• Translate official documents, contracts, and negotiation materials.
• Ensure cultural and contextual accuracy in all translations.
• Manage daily schedules, important reminders, and meeting coordination for leadership.
• Assist in organizing business meetings, taking minutes, and preparing reports.
• Handle documentation, filing, and archiving of important materials.
• Prepare and submit regular reports related to negotiation proceedings.
• Support in drafting official correspondence and project-related documents.
• Provide assistance with any additional tasks assigned by the leadership.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Translation, Linguistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in translation, business negotiation, or administrative support is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Chinese (both written and oral).
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
