E-commerce Associate and Content Creator

Experience: 6 months and above. Internship is acceptable.
Salary: ₦70,000 to ₦90,000
Location: Ikeja, Lagos State (Candidate must be residing in Ikeja)

Role and Responsibilities:

Upload products on Jumia, Konga, and Kemyde.
Follow up on product orders.
Run Facebook & Instagram ads.
Utilize analytics skills to monitor and optimize campaigns.
Generate reports and insights to drive sales.
Provide excellent customer service and chat support on Facebook, Instagram, and Kemyde.
Manage our Share n Earn program on WhatsApp.
Work with WordPress or a similar platform.
Drive business growth and elevate our e-commerce presence.
Create content for our Ads rean
Requirements:

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms.
Experience with social media advertising.
Analytical mindset with the ability to generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with WordPress or similar content management systems.
Enthusiastic about growing our business and taking it to the next level.
Ability to commute to our office with ease.
Basic knowledge of content creation
Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
