Responsibilities:

- Lead the development of cutting-edge curricula in partnership with content consultants, instructors, students, and fellow staff members.
- Cultivate a robust network of professional relationships with relevant stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor the progress of both new and established teaching methodologies.
- Conclude each period with a comprehensive evaluation and the preparation of progress reports.
- Oversee all aspects of faculty recruitment and the meticulous vetting of potential educators.
- Identify areas for enhancement and coordinate workshops for both incoming and existing staff members.

Requirements:

- Hold a Master's degree or PhD in education administration or a closely related field.
- Possess a teaching certification and a track record of previous teaching experience.
- Demonstrate the ability and patience to craft multiple documents and policies.
- Proven capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exhibit world-class organizational skills to maintain efficiency.
