Job Description
Understanding client needs and event goals.
Developing event themes and concepts.
Creating event timelines and budgets.
Venue and Logistics:
Researching and selecting suitable venues.
Arranging transportation and accommodations for guests.
Managing event logistics, including setup, layout, and tear-down.
Vendor Management:
Identifying and coordinating with vendors (caterers, decorators, entertainment, etc.).
Negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
Marketing and Promotion:
Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the event.
Creating and distributing invitations and promotional materials.
