Job Description

This role is critical in driving sales growth, expanding market share and supporting the strategic direction of our Enterprise FMCG S&D business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record at least 3 years in Sales, Marketing, particularly in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
Planning, Coordination, and Implementation of EBS assigned projects and services, including Service Management (Internal and External), Brand Activation, Reporting, Reconciliation, Product Inventory, Billing and Revenue collection Communication Services on behalf of EBS to respective clients.
You will be responsible for defining and review of the EBS projects and program of activities including management of allocated resources required to ensure successful deliveries, including management of related risks, 3rd party engagement and coordination. All-in-All, you shall be responsible for all outcomes and management of all activities required for successful outcomes.

• Drive MoM, QoQ and YoY growth and performance targets
• Perform and/or supervise the acquisition as well as analysis of data to identify business problems opportunities.
• Identify, evaluate as well as ensure appropriate mitigating actions and plans are in place for all project risks and issues - create an escalation procedure for implementation.
• Build as well as manage relationships and engagements with stakeholders and ensuring all stakeholders views are managed towards the best solution for business areas impacted.
• Lead, manage and coordinate teams’ activities and weekly performance reporting.
• You are to ensure all financials are fully met as agreed in the SLAs, in terms of clients billing and reconciliation due to EBS on required platforms.
• You shall liaise on behalf of EBS to its clients ensuring all project SLAs are fully met as agreed.
• Ensure projects delivery meet internal external customer requirements.
• Support framework for B2BC engagement for successful delivery and business performance of the given BOU – Retailers, Dealers, Sales Agents etc
• Manage a significant channel partner network utilizing dealers/franchisees and key retail outlets to drive market penetration
• Drive strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in line with company goals.
• Identify new business opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and expand market penetration.
• Ensure compliance with sales processes, policies, and industry regulations.
• Set realizable sales targets, and effective monitoring polices to drive team performance
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop competitive strategies
