Project Manager (Security and Surveillance Systems )

• Lead and manage end-to-end ELV/surveillance projects, including design, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure effective project execution.
• Manage and forecast project budgets, cost control, and risk mitigation.
• Conduct regular site inspections, project status meetings, and progress reporting.
• Supervise project documentation, including as-built drawings, test reports.
• Monitor performance metrics and take corrective action when necessary.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve site-level challenges or escalations.
• Maintain stakeholder communication and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support business development teams with BOQs, technical submissions, and tender documentation when required.
Experience & Skills:
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of project management experience in ELV systems (especially IP CCTV surveillance).
• Strong technical knowledge of:
o IP-based CCTV systems
o Network infrastructure
o Fiber optics
o Access control systems
• Proven track record of delivering multiple concurrent projects across corporate, financial, educational, or government sectors.
• Familiar with structured cabling standards (TIA/EIA).
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and team coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be willing to travel and oversee site work as needed.
