Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Farm Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day operations of our farm. The ideal candidate will be passionate about agriculture, possess strong leadership skills, and have a track record of effective farm management.
Location: Adewusi village, Ajebo, Ogun state
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate all farm activities including planting, harvesting, irrigation, and pest control.
• Supervise and train farm staff to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety protocols.
• Maintain farm equipment and ensure regular servicing.
• Manage budgets and maintain accurate farm records.
• Implement sustainable farming practices.
• Monitor crop and livestock health and initiate appropriate measures.
Requirements:
• Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in farm management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of modern agricultural equipment and technologies.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
