Job Description

Fairtex Group is looking for a Bidding and Tendering Engineer to join our dynamic team and support proposal development and strategic bidding for our projects in the oil & gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit high-quality technical and commercial proposals.
Analyze tender documents to ensure full compliance with client specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cost estimates and bid strategies.
Manage procurement activities and support contract negotiations.
Requirements:

5–10 years of experience in bidding, tendering, or contract management.
Strong understanding of procurement and commercial evaluation processes.
Excellent analytical thinking and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
Oil & Gas field or project experience is a must.
Proficiency in writing Method Statements, Work Execution Plans, and Work Schedules.
Competence in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and other project planning tools.
Background in Engineering or a related field.
Strong attention to detail for tender evaluation and requirements gathering.
