Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Operations to lead and manage our operational activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies, optimising processes, and ensuring the smooth execution of our organisation’s activities.
The Head of Operation of this NGO will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the organisation runs efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational management and a passion for educational

Requirements:
Strong program and project management skills. The ability to see the big picture, the details and all the steps of any given program.
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent Analytical and Problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Budget management, Financial forecasting, and Cost-control measures.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and safety regulations in the Nonprofit/Development Sector and Education Institutions.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and departments.
Experience in Change Management and Organisational Transformation.
Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience in operations management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Education, or a related field.
