Job Description
• Confirm trip details, chauffeur preferences, and issue digital booking forms/invoices
• Coordinate with the Vehicle Manager to assign available SUVs and chauffeurs
• Track and ensure completion of driver daily closing reports, mileage logs, and vehicle checks
• Handle feedback from clients post-rental and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain rental client CRM records and manage loyalty/referral interactions
Schedule vehicle inspection visits and test drives
• Liaise with Sales Lead for price confirmation, negotiation, and payment follow-up
• Track buyer satisfaction and manage post-purchase touchpoints
• Encourage reviews and referrals after sales completion
- Salary:
- ₦120,000.00 Monthly
