In-house Graphics and Visual Content Designer

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and organized in-house designer to take full ownership of AVS Academy’s brand visuals, course campaigns, and online presence. You will be responsible for creating stunning, on-brand designs that are functional, clickable, and conversion-focused — across social media, Selar, and Linktree.

Key Responsibilities
1. Branding & Brochure Design
Rebrand existing AVS visual identity into a consistent modern look
Design live digital brochures and one-pagers (viewable PDFs via Canva or other tools). Create editable templates for course flyers, bootcamp guides, and promos

2. Course & Webinar Graphics
Design launch flyers, countdowns, and announcement graphics for webinars and Selar video courses
Create video thumbnails and banners for Selar courses. Maintain consistent branding across all course media

3. Link Setup & Digital Tools
Make PDF links clickable via Canva or upload through tools like Gumroad, Notion, or Google Drive
Manage and update Linktree weekly with working links (Selar, bootcamps, resources, etc.). Assist with basic landing pages or navigation support

4. Campaign & Launch Visuals
Design 4–6 mini campaigns per month
Work with team to visually present services and bootcamp value on Instagram and WhatsApp. Support course and webinar launch events with branded materials

Requirements
- Proven experience with Canva (Pro), Figma, or Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator preferred).
- Strong portfolio of social media and marketing graphics.
-Knowledge of visual storytelling, layout, and user engagement
- Basic understanding of digital platforms like Selar, Linktree, and Google Drive
- Ability to organize, meet weekly deadlines, and handle feedback with ease
- A keen eye for clean, modern design that appeals to Nigerian audiences

Bonus Skills (Preferred, not required)
-Basic video editing (for reels or course intros)
- Ability to assist with mobile-friendly brochure formatting
- Familiarity with branding for educational or job-related services
