Job Description

As a Product Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of
our products, from conception to launch. You will work closely with
cross-functional teams including engineering, design and marketing to define
product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong technical background,
excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating exceptional user
experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
● Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research,
customer feedback, and business goals.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements,
ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
● Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate requirements
into actionable user stories, wireframes, and prototypes.
● Drive the agile development process, leading sprint planning, backlog
grooming, and sprint reviews to ensure timely delivery of features.
● Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to
continuously iterate and improve product functionality and usability.
● Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners,
providing guidance and support throughout the product development
process.
● Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging
technologies to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
Requirement
● Minimum 3+ years of experience in product management or a related field
● Customer Insights and Feedback: Conduct user research, customer
interviews, and usability studies to gain deep insights into customer needs,
pain points, and behaviors related to payment gateway services.
● Proven ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. This includes
translating market research, customer feedback, and business goals into a
clear product direction.
● Strong collaboration and communication skills. You will work effectively
with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and
ensure clear communication throughout the development process.
● Experience with Agile methodologies. This includes leading sprint planning,
backlog grooming, and sprint reviews to deliver features on time and within
budget.
● Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. You will identify and
solve complex product issues, prioritize competing needs, and make
data-driven decisions.
● Technical background is a plus
