Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Solar PV Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience with solar panel systems, and a passion for renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, and maintain solar PV systems (rooftop and ground-mounted)
Perform troubleshooting and repair work on solar installations
Conduct site assessments and prepare installation reports
Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations
Maintain documentation for system installation and service history
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients

Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
Proven experience in solar PV system installation and maintenance
Knowledge of electrical systems and solar energy technology
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Relevant certifications (e.g., NABCEP, local equivalent) are a plus
Valid driver’s license
