Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team and elevate our gastronomic offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
Develop innovative and seasonal dishes, maintaining high standards of taste and quality.
Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure cost-effective operations.
Enforce strict hygiene and safety standards, complying with all regulatory requirements.
Monitor food quality and consistency, making adjustments as needed.
Collaborate with management to achieve financial and customer satisfaction targets.
Manage kitchen budgets and cost control, including portion sizes and ingredient sourcing.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a senior culinary position, preferably in fine dining.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in diverse culinary techniques and cuisines.
Creative flair and a passion for culinary innovation.
Strong knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene regulations.
Ability to manage kitchen budgets and maintain cost efficiency.
Culinary certification or degree from a reputable institution is an advantage.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
