Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation of our hotel's facilities. The ideal candidate will have:

- Strong experience in plumbing, electrical, and cooling systems maintenance
- Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other departments
- Good communication skills for interacting with guests and staff

Responsibilities:

- Maintain and repair plumbing, electrical, and cooling systems
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues
- Respond to maintenance requests from guests and staff
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
