Job Description

We' re seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to lead our branch sales team to success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership and a deep understanding of the real estate industry.

RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Lead and manage a team of sales personnel/Realtors
2. Develop and implement sales strategies
3. Set sales targets and track performance
4. Mentor and coach team members
5. Foster clients relationships

REQUIREMENTS:

2. Strong knowledge of real estate market
3. Excellent communication and leadership skills
