Job Description
* Develop and implement strategic plans and goals for the department.
* Lead, supervise, and support team members to meet performance standards.
* Monitor daily operations and ensure productivity and efficiency.
* Allocate resources effectively and manage budgets.

* Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
