Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our branch within the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales, operations, inventory, and customer relationships while ensuring the branch meets its performance targets. You will play a key role in driving business growth and upholding the company’s standards for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Branch Operations Management:
Ensure efficient day-to-day operations, including sales, logistics, inventory control, and customer service.
Sales & Business Development:
Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients and distributors.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff. Set performance targets and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Inventory & Stock Management:
Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment. Minimize losses through effective stock control and adherence to inventory procedures.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain excellent customer service standards. Handle customer complaints and queries professionally to retain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations. Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales, operations, and staff performance.
Financial Oversight:
Monitor and manage the branch budget, operating costs, and profitability.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, operations, or management within the FMCG industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Good understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and distribution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Must be willing to travel and work in assigned branch location.
Preferred Attributes:
Professional certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Operations is an advantage.
Knowledge of the local market dynamics and customer behavior.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively.
