Deveop and execute social media strategies that support the hotel's overall marketing direction.
Create original, high-quality content — including written posts, visuals, videos, reels, blogs, and graphics.
Organize and maintain a consistent posting schedule across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Interact actively with followers by responding to messages, comments, and tags in a timely, professional manner.
Track performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports to guide content improvement.
Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns, allocate budgets effectively, and evaluate return on investment (ROI).
Build and grow a loyal online community through consistent engagement.
Research competitors and industry trends to identify fresh opportunities for growth and visibility.
Develop engaging email newsletters, promotions, and call-to-action campaigns to drive customer interest and bookings.
Requirements

HND / BSc in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in Content Creation, Social Media Management, or Digital Marketing (preferably in hospitality).
Strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills.
Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut).
Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
