Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Officer with 2–3 years of experience to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets, developing client relationships, and promoting our products/services to increase revenue and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
Conduct market analysis to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and sales proposals.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve performance and achieve better results.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs, problems, interests, and trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2–3 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably in [insert industry, e.g., FMCG, tech, real estate].
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

- ₦200,000.00 Monthly
