Job Description

Responsibility

•Develop, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies.

•Provide engaging text, image and video content for all social media accounts.

•Constantly monitor and stay up-to-date with digital technology and pop culture

trends.

•Respond to inquiries from members of the community in a timely manner.

•When required, organize and manage (online) events and activities to build

community and boost brand awareness.

•Liaise with other members of the team to ensure brand consistency and

alignment.

•Build and maintain relationships with industry peers, community members and

external stakeholders.

Requirements

•Proven work experience as a content creation and community expert or a similar role.

* At least 2 years post-NYSC experience + relevant degree.

•Ability to work with little supervision in a dynamic environment, show attention to

detail, exhibit critical and strategic thinking, with an entrepreneurial mindset.

•Organize and coordinate our regular content, thinking up new ways to make them even more engaging and impactful. This includes creating bi-weekly content and social media plans.

•Experience launching community engagement initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an online event series, etc)

•Excellent verbal communication, writing and design skills.

•Hands-on experience (with measurable impact) with social media management

for brands and programs.

•Knowledge of online and digital marketing (SEO engagement, website traffic, analytics, etc).
