Job Summary
Our client seeks a proactive Account Manager to drive client success, manage relationships and grow revenue by aligning our clients solutions with business needs. This role requires strong client engagement, problem-solving, and strategic partnership development.
Key Responsibilities
> Build and maintain strong client relationships.
> Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
> Ensure clients maximize company financial solutions.
> Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues.
> Monitor accounts for compliance and risk management.
> Gather client feedback to inform business strategy.
Qualifications & Skills
> Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
> 3+ years in account management, client success, or business development (preferably in fintech or financial services).
> Strong understanding of global payments and trade finance.
> Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
> Experience with CRM software and financial management tools is a plus.
