Job Description
Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, ensuring optimal return on ad spend.
Create, curate, and publish engaging content across social media platforms aligned with the brand voice, marketing goals, and target audience preferences.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital and social media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other performance dashboards, and adjust strategies based on data insights.
Engage with followers and online communities, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster positive customer relationships across all social platforms.
Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and other departments to produce high-quality marketing materials such as blog posts, videos, infographics, and email newsletters.
Conduct regular market, audience, and competitor research to identify trends, new opportunities, and areas for improvement in digital and social media marketing efforts.
Optimize website content, landing pages, and user experience to improve organic search rankings, increase dwell time, and enhance overall conversion rates.
Manage and grow email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, automation, and performance tracking.
Build and maintain partnerships with influencers or brand ambassadors, and manage online reputation through monitoring reviews, feedback, and social sentiment.
