Job Description

We are seeking smart, persuasive, and target-driven Sales Associates (Volunteer, Commission-Based) to handle both B2B and B2C sales. You will introduce our services and care plans to both households and businesses — helping them access high-quality, on-demand services while earning a commission for every successful sale or client onboarded.

This role is perfect for energetic sales professionals or field marketers eager to grow their income while making a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage new customers across both consumer (B2C) and business (B2B) segments

Promote and sell OnIt’s service offerings (e.g., laundry, cleaning, delivery, employee care plans, etc.)

Educate prospective clients on the benefits and reliability of our platform

Close deals and track all customer engagement using internal tools

Provide feedback to the team on trends, objections, and new market opportunities

Build and maintain strong client relationships post-sale

Qualifications:
1+ year experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles

Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills

Ability to pitch and present value with clarity and confidence

Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented

Experience in field marketing, agent sales, or B2B/B2C engagement is a plus
